Welcome to The Friends of Priory Park

Priory Park is one of the most popular and frequently visited parks in Haringey. It has large open grassy spaces, an ornamental garden, tennis courts, philosophers garden, paddling pool, café, playground, and large asphalt area for netball practice and junior cycling.

The Friends of Priory Park work to preserve and protect the park alongside Haringey Council, The Conservation Volunteers TCV) and other groups.

Covid situation at April 2021

The following are open:  playground, cafe (take-away only), toilets, table tennis, tennis courts.

Note that tennis courts are still free but you are advised to book.

We are restarting our Gardening Group - March 2021

We meet every Sunday at 11 am, at the green hut between the tennis courts.

Tools are available but please bring your own if possible.

Also, we need to practise social distancing and wear masks, especially when picking up tools.

Stay for an hour or two - whatever suits you.

Volunteers came to the rescue of the Tennis Courts in the New Year of 2021 !

Our tennis courts are back in use, but it is now advisable to book.

Maybe you'd like to do some occasional litter picking ??
